Bar interchange 028 to 260 or 280???

By chance would the bars froma Stihl 028 fit the MS260 or 280 saws? Reason I ask is since I am looking for a new saw in the above size range, and I just happen to have a few brand new bars form 16 to 20 inches plus chains to fit my old 028..it would be nice to be able to utilize them on a new saw if possible?

You should be good to go as long as other components have the same gauge/pitch.
