Best 60 cc saw for porting

ultimately, I would like to see both modded saws on a dyno. Then, I might be able to make a more informed decision. Even with what will likely be similar max power numbers, the 2166 should have a torque advantage, as well as the cost advantage going for it. If I were working with saws all day, every day, I might also lean more towards the 562 - as weight can make a substantial difference in work effectiveness. but, as I will be

The 2166 will have more torque, as it has 71cc & the 562 is just under 60cc. Two different class saws with noticeable size differences. If you're going to run bars over 24" in larger wood, the 2166 is the one.

Think you mean for over 24" you'll want the 2266. Atleaset that would be my assumption after running a wicked 562. Really shines with a 20" but in wood requiring 24" or longer my 372 is little better choice.

There are several AS porters that can work wonders with that saw. Go to a GTG and try some out, or ask people who own them about them.
