I do not know anything about Caber, but I like the quality of Hastings. I have had no problems out of their rings. You do have to file them to proper fit.

I like the Caber's that have come with the Meteor pistons. They are supposed to have a carbide grain structure that wears longer or somethingeruther like that. At least they don't tend to snap when installing like some others...

I put three of the them in different saws Husky 261 Jonsered 2045 and 2150.
Bought mine from the guy in Greece. No problems with the rings.

I haven't had any problems running them in my personal saws or in saws I have rebuilt for others.

However, I along with most of the others in the thread, don't put a ton of hours on a saw per year cutting up personal firewood...but I doubt their longevity would be an issue.

Guy I got it from told me the P&C were junk. Hmm... look okay to me. So I figgered a set of rings just for kicks would do the trick. :)
