Isnt the Stihl sawcopy a patent infringement? It even says Stihl on it! They are using the reputation and durability record of Stihl to promote the sale of a POS that only has colors in common with a stihl product.

The Stihl trademark is a registered trademark. From what I understand, Copyright and trademark laws are easier to enforce than patent laws.:agree2:
