cylinder question

thanks for your input guys.to answer some of the questions,for the socket head cap screws i took a 5mm allan key,cut it down and cranked it into an old 3/16 socket.didn't cost me anything.for the guys against loctite,i agree.my dad's a mechanic and i never saw him do that.should have known better but this is my first time putting together a saw from scratch,let alone a 090.i don't want to screw it up.
