Dolmar 120 problem

Hi guys
Just bought a Dolmar 120 and have put a carb kit on it as it was a non runner.
It fires and runs for a second with the low jet just off the seat but is massively over fueling, So much so that it floods.
Checked the metering needle seating but is new, along with diaphragm.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I can tell, its seated when diaphragm and cover are in position...

Look up on YouTube how they adjust the metering height for that carb.
