I think 440 is reasonable. Not a steal, but fair for both parties. I don't think
you're going to find a nice 361 for a "steal."
I'd swap for the 20in. if it was me. I had a 20in on mine and thought it was the perfect saw/size combo.
You're gonna love it!
But of course then you're going to want bigger and another and another....

Personally, I think that you did pretty good, especially since they changed bar. You gained a little with the 20-inch. That was real good of the seller to do that, but you would have been happy with the 18 also. Whether we think you did good is irrelevant. You did it and as long as you are happy with it, all the criticism in the world would not do anything but make you feel bad.
