Well it warmed up into the teens here yesterday and I got a chance to try this Fast Tach again using some of the suggestions posted here. This time the tach worked flawlessly the arrow did seem to aid in the initial pickup but it read just as described from 4" to 15" .......not sure what my initial problem was but it is working great now. A Big thanks to all who responded!!! Some good info that was not explained in the instructions very well or at all!! I'm a happy tacher now!!!!
