Well we have had SO much rain around here I have not been able to get over to the logging site about a mile from my house to cut but this weekend I got over there and cut 3 truck & trailer loads. EASY cutting white & red oak tops laying every. Trailer worked GREAT. Had to give the truck a tune up. It had a BAD mis in it pulled the plugs out of it and 4 out of the 8 had the center broke out of them(Bosh platiums). Put 8 new AC delco in it runs like a new truck. LOL

Bosch Platinum series plugs for some reason are not that great. Their regular copper plugs and high end iridium plugs are excellent though.

If they were the +2 or +4 plugs, I am not surprised, I've read that a lot of people have had problems with the Platinum +2 and +4 plugs.

I also like NGK.

AC Delco, Champion, etc. are okay.

E3 Diamondfire, stay the hell away from them... too many stories of the electrodes dropping off and destroying the piston, cylinder wall, etc. I believe it, as you can clearly see in a picture of the electrode, which as massive as it is, is only held on with some solder... Breakage is more prone in high vibration and/or high rpm engines.

man, nice...

easy, drive right up to it! That's the way to do it!

sucks about the plugs, I'd mail them cull rejects to bosch and demand an explanation. Can you imagine, say, out in the boonies and a blizzard comes up and your plugs mass fail like that? No excuse for it. I wouldn't take them back to the dealer, I'd mail them direct to their engineering department with a WTH guys, what is this @#$$#!! stuff! Care to explain???

Tell ya, want to see *nice* sparkplugs? Look at small airplane plugs. I have no idea why we can't get plugs like that for rides and our small engine tools. Those airplane plugs are designed to work and not fail, for obvious reasons.
