The future is all electric - zero emission. However, the chinesium knockoffs will allways be awailable. Now how does that make you feel?
 
The term “zero emissions” is a farce....its a lie.

Not possible in the world.

Every single thing that creates energy also wast energy and it cant be renewed. Doesn’t matter the source.

But the world is blinded by money and brainwashed by the desire to make said Money off of anything possible.

We cant stop it. They are just shifting the source of income.

You nailed it Harley.I agree one hundred percent .In 2003 I read a large document done by a high ranking Chinese offical in it he was explaining how China was going to take over the Western world with out firing a shot and they pretty well have done it.

Actually, if the supposed goal is to reduce carbon emissions, the whole "zero emissions" thing -- with buying everything electric --- is worse than a farce.

Sorry kids, unicorns aren't really real and the energy has to come from SOMEwhere, and since it's coming from power plants -- most of which are fired by COAL, which by the way is 100% (gasp) CARBON --- instead of being powered by petroleum (which gets most of its energy from HYDROGEN, whose exhaust gas is WATER) -- that means the net result of "going green" (snikker) is MOAR CARBON in the atmosphere, NOT LESS...oh, and more toxic battery **** to get rid of, and more mining to extract that toxic battery ****, and more mining to extract the metal used in all the wire needed to transport that COAL-created power plant energy, and yada yada yada

In other words, it's BS, pure and simple, it's still 100% fossil fuel (coal) but the kids think "If I can't see it, it ain't there! It's all eletric and I'm GREEN! YAY!" when it's all BS. if you ever had any doubt that the educational system isn't worth a dam in this country, just look at these braintrusts and the pure 100% BS they believe. Not that long ago, kindergarteners would have been better educated than to believe such transparently false claims. Their parents must be so proud.

Our existing energy grid is already taxed to it's limit. The recent polar blast that left so many without power is just one example of how vulnerable it is.
Any sever storm almost always shuts down parts of the energy grid on a regular basis. And what do we fall back on when that happens. Gas powered generators. What would happen to the grid if we went 100%% electric, ? Assuming it is even possible. Can you image if 100 million cars were plugged in to charge overnight. Catastrophic failure thats what. Electric is a good addition to fossil fuel but it can't replace everything. We need a variety of power sources so we don't end up with all our eggs in one basket. I have no problem with trying to improve electric power to help reduce our dependence on oil and gas, but it's never going to replace fossil fuel anytime soon.
Tesla said he was working on a way to harness and transmit electricity out of thin air. I think if it was true it has been stolen and hidden away.
Even if that were true would it be vulnerable to an EMP, say like from the sun? Imagine we were 100% electric and we got hit with an EMP from the sun. Truth no one energy source can do it all.
