Help with angles?

I recently bought a oregon 511a sharpener. Can anyone help me understand the angles? I use chisel and semi chains, what setting should I use to get the best results (largest chips) on the angle the wheel comes down to the chain,(adjustment knob on back of machine), it also has the 10 degree tilt on the vice. ANY advice would be great, before I wreck my chains. They are 3/8 .50 oregon lgx. THANK YOU

60 on the way down and 35 on the knob
