Hi, i was searching over the internet for information about this saw and this web site poped many times so i registered.
I have this 1957 Homelite EZ in super top shape condition. I am using it to cut 8' log down to 16", but i received a lot of very big 8' logs, most of them are 20" diameter so the 16" plate is not good enough for the job.
The problem, as one would expect, is the chain which is a 62c with a 7/16 pitch, NLA.
I was wondering if i could change the plate/sproket and chain. Oregon dont list anything "available" for this saw.
I am looking at a 22inch (if its a standard by any means) chain and anything close to the 7/16 pitch.
Thanks for any inputs.
