anyone know if the jug and piston are interchangeable between a sxl 922 and a sxl 925. acording to acres site they both have a 1.5 inch stroke but differant size piston.

Yes, the 922 has a 2" piston and the 925 has a 2 1/16" piston, if I remember right.
As far as trading the jug and piston back and forth, that is a good question. If the jug bolt holes line up, you'd probably be in business, but I've never looked at two side by side to see. If I remember tonight I'll take a look at my VI922 and see what it's jug looks like compared to the 925.

ok thank you much. i beleive they will only because if you have the 2 saws side by side they practically look identical. if you take the stickers off i dont even know if you could tell them apart. Dean.
