Homelite xl 12 saw missing plate and paint worn off

Sprintcar: That's how mine looks, oil cap on top near gas cap, but with a 4 slot muffler.

I've always had to pump the oil, no idea if it's automatic either.

I will let my friend Eccentric take the lead on this one. He has forgot more about Homelites than I will ever know. He is allot like Mr. Jerry Myers on Pioneers, he also has forgot more about Pioneers than I will ever know. Both great members on here with a wealth of knowledge. Take what the say to the bank, it's 99.999999999999% gospel when they say it.
