I have 4 saws, 2-Poulan 42cc18", Greenworks 80 volt 18" & Sthil ms180 14". They all seem to have the same size chain, I have noticed the 5/32" dremel stones fit is a little loose. Should I be using a larger size, how do you determine the proper size? Poulan pro manual said use 5/32 so that's all I have to go by.

5/32 is mostly for the 3/8 lp chain, home owner saw. I imagine all of the saws you mentioned is running 3/8 lp chain. If you can get a 5/32 diamond file for your dremel, will last a mighty long time than a regular stone.

Yes manual says 3/8" pitch and .05" gauge, thanks I did not know diamond file would work for a chain, will give that a try.
