That looks like a saw that was in my basement.
Those are diamond coated cavitron tips, possibly piezo tips, usually used in endodontics (root canals), periodontics (gums) and oral surgery, and are about $100 each. not sure what use they'd have on a saw unless you could get them for a weeeeee bit less $$

Your so bad you should be in detention .......No Brian, they are required to listen to pre- '88 Anthrax backwards on vinyl. I will say this; UT-4 and SP-2 are like magick on carb passages....
