Those are diamond coated cavitron tips, possibly piezo tips, usually used in endodontics (root canals), periodontics (gums) and oral surgery, and are about $100 each. not sure what use they'd have on a saw unless you could get them for a weeeeee bit less $$

Get used ones from work.

Flexible nail files especialy the diamond grit ones are good for the uninitiated. You can find the cheap gel files in double-sided multiple grit sets on ebay for less than a buck each.

Not saying Brad neglects his transfers though I'm sure he does something.
