Husqvarna 40 - Tank vent/plug issue

I've no experience repairing theses cases.
Ultrasonic welding is usually for life so I suspect that the break is right next to the original weld rather than the weld itself

I honestly can't tell, here is a picture of it.
I have just turned the screwdriver slighty so it's easier to see.

It will be a while before I get my hands on the Seal All or JB Weld, depending on which I can find and not pay too much for. Items from the US is cheap, but shipping is 3-4 times the cost of the product .
