Husky 61 starts like a champ, pull trigger and no chain reaction. Yes the chain brake is off. also makes a ping noise. Is this a clutch problem? Im in Argentina (south america) and need to solve this problem myself if possable.

Does the sprocket spin when you hit the throttle? Sounds like clutch or sprocket to me.
If the sprocket is worn enough to no longer pull the chain, you should throw the chain away with the old sprocket. A chain with worn drive teeth will wear a new sprocket quickly.
If the sprocket is ok, check the clutch. If the sprocket is threaded on, the threads will be left-handed threads.
