For sale is a Jonsered 2094 Turbo chainsaw. This saw has a pile of power and has little use time, it still has the same bar and chain. If you are looking for a heavy hitter, this saw is for you. I just had it serviced at Ken's Small Engine in Calidonia and is ready to go. Chuck at Ken's said it would cost around 950 to replace this saw, you can have it for 450 cash deal, no checks or money orders. I will post a pic soon. 507-450-1606

Should I ?

How does this sound to you guys ? I'd like a bigger saw for occasional use.
Some posts here suggest the power-to-weight isn't great on this saw, but I'm still thinking about making some kind of offer on it. I wouldn't be able to check it out either. I'd have to talk him into shipping it. Worth looking into or not ? I've done top ends and carbs. never messed with a crank before.
What more info would you ask for ?

Just shooting off the hip, but I sent a guy money for a craigslist saw and I had to threaten police action to get him to finally send it. The police were willing to pursue it, but the hassle can be overwhelming.

Craig's List is supposed to be face to face and local. That way, you avoid the hassles of shipping, payment, and buying something sight unseen.

"Less than 50 hrs on saw broken piston and some bearing gone rocker arm and bearing still good along with the rest of the saw, it is already torn apart"

At least the rocker arm is still good. Those are pretty hard to find.
