I don't know who ported it or how well it was done and if the person even knew what they were doing.

A clean, stock runner is worth more to me. I've seen many botched "porting" jobs.

A+ to that. I refuse to buy a ported saw where
parts are extinct. Try finding a 166 cylinder.
I personally have never seen one for sale.

Actually, these days most viruses are put on the internet for economic reasons...companies or countries wanting to do serious harm to a competitor or neighboring state. Our own government practices network sabotage when it suits them.
