Was able to get a few saws out of the shed and into the hands of some new owners. Then I found a Poulan Pro 5020 for sale. Sellers remorse set in. I kind of regretted selling mine a while back. Talked him down and bought it. Its in great shape and came with 3 extra chains, case, full set of files.

Piston is in great shape. Owner said he only ran pre-mix in it.

Probably the best built Poulan I have had my hands on since the Poulan Pro 335 or 3800. Feels real sturdy. Not all plasticy.

I just picked one of these reconditioned for about $100. I can't say that I saw anything wrong with it. I wanted to check the spark plug though. I have a ton of pictures of it that I want to bundle into a review on here. Finding the time is the hard part.

That's how I got the 4218 tuned the carb ran great.

I had a loop of that stuff, I think it was McC branded.

Don't know where they came from but there are 3 of them and 1 Oregon chain

Those other two are Tri-Link brand chains, and from their website it is apparently called "guardlink". The bottom one is the often maligned Oregon Vanguard which is a pretty good chain as long as you aren't hand filing the rakers.
