Yes and no. Canadian tire does sell tires, but they also have a proper parts department, hardware department, plumbing, kitchen, sporting goods etc, kind of a mix of Wal-Mart without clothes or food and a half ass hardware store that doesn't carry any building materials...

It can be a handy place. You have to wait for tools to go on sale. Lots of Craftmen and Stanley. They do have good hours.
Little more that a Walmart and less than home Depot and Princess Auto in my experience on things.

Yep you can still get the cash....but now they have a card where it loads on digitally. My glove box is still loaded with the cash lol.
