Jonsered help identity of part Pictures

Don't know what this part fits. Quite certain it is a Jonsered part but maybe partner or poulan from the past. Part number that was attached is 504 12 50 19. Would like to know if it is handlebar antivibe or elsewhere
Any help would be appreciated.........
