Log splitter wedge

I am going to add a log splitter to the wood processor that I am making and I would likt to know if someone could tell me the thickness and width of the wedges on there splitters. This is going to be a movable 4 way wedge. I am thinking either 3/4 or 1 inch thick. Thanks for any help that I can get.

1" is about standard thickness..
