LOL, it's not an 064. It is an 046.

I say its an 064 not only by the metal tag on the starter. But also by the air inlet holes on the starter. The holes run slightly over 3/4 of the way across the starter to the right. Not all the way across like an 046. Im looking at my 064. It also could be an hybrid 066 with an 064 flywheel and starter
