What we are looking for:
ISA certified preferred (Pesticide license a plus)
5 or more years of verifiable experience with the capability of performing all aspects of tree care.
MUST have valid drivers license, CDL preferred.
MUST be reliable and have great integrity.
NO drama, NO prima-donnas
Drug free workplace (pre-employment drug testing & physical)
Strong work ethic, honest with a positive attitude and a self-directed work initiative preferred.

Thanks very much for the kind words.
Sadly enough, I have not found someone who really cares about this field to operate as such.
Honestly, it's depressing. I love this field and it would be nice to find someone who feels the same way and heck, it could be very monetarily rewarding too for that right person.
