Maruyama hasn't marketed chainsaws up around here as far as I've seen, or at least hardly anyone seems to be carrying them.

You do see some other OPE every now and then.

Maruyama built very solid brushcutters in the past....and japanese equipment is often very good (Kubota, Echo, Hitachi, etc....)

Yep, there is a very small niche of Maruyama folks around here, kind of like the Robin fanatics, they have to have what they want. However if the saws are actually Dolmars then neither group will be interested.

The brand name sounds like a warning sign! :givebeer:

Actually, Maruyama make EXCELLENT trimmers. 5 year commercial warranty and built like tanks.

The 51 saws are red Dolmars. The smaller 2 are Echos.

Only thing I've seen is maryuama oil. The shindaiwa dealer is selling it now along with hitachi saws.
