Might be old news to you lot, but Subaru is out of the small engine game :-(

Was researching a new small engine only to find my favourite and super reliable brand is no more. Subaru's small engine/industrial power products division has closed, with Yamaha picking up a few of their patents.

Our 2005 Polaris 330 4x4 has a Subaru/Robins engine.
The SuperSplit has a 7 hp Subaru.
Both have been great engines.

:-( Looks like Yamaha will still produce a few of their EH series engines, but not many. My beloved EX engines look like they will be goneburger.

Well, that sucks!

Love the 7hp Subaru on my SS. Thing always start right up even after sitting for a month uncoverd outside.
