There have been quite a few threads on the topic a few years ago. As far as I understood, everyone was happy, although it was mentioned that the engine should be resealed because there was sometimes a little sloppy in production.
They're decent. Good option for ya if the crank or bearings are questionable. I can't (shouldn't, really) speculate on the Bailey's source these days but the hope is that they're better quality than other AM options.
I've used the cheap Huztl (Farmertec) block. Had a bearing failure and didn't care for the interference fit of the AM engine pan (may have caused the problem). I stripped it down, installed Nachi bearings and an OEM pan. Runs good.
