MS241 C-M, B&C options

Ok, in my Stihl catalog they list the bars and chains for the 241. I want the best cutting performance I can get from it.

So tell me fellas, will it improve its cutting with a 16" .325", or a 18" 3/8 Picco?

They are rim drive. I'll have to change the rim to a 325 also correct?

You might have to pay just a little more for a rim setup, but not much.

There is no other chain to run on that saw that 63PS! It's a full chisel nk 3\8 chain.

Get a reduced weight Stihl light bar no longer than 16''.

The 241 already comes with a rim sprocket so only need to change the rim so won't need the whole clutch drum. Only up charge might be for changing the bar from 3005 Picco to the 3003 .325.

I upgraded my 025 to rim sprocket, but I bought the Oregon set up.
