Do you really clean / rebuild a Tillotson and most importantly how is the best way to set up the needle travel distance? Pics would be nice with tools required to make it easy....I have succeeded in making two over fuel..must be doing something really wrong.

Also anyone disable a rev limiter on one yet in a reliable & clean way? (vs. epoxy)

As far as I know, there's no special tool for setting the inlet needle lever on the Tllotson's like there is for Zama, and Walbro carbs. I usually set the the lever flush with the carb body, and seem to have the best luck that way. I'll probably go into work today for a few hours and I'll snap a few pictures of the rebuilt carbs in my toolbox.
