Seacoast Tree Care is looking for a Tree, Shrub and Turf Ipm Technician/Ipm manager.

The Ideal candidate would:
Excel at customer sales.
Be customer satisfaction driven
Be familiar with cultural plant health problems.
Plant, insect and disease identification essential.
Have some tree work experience.
Have experience running an IPM division
Be able to work with sales/management team to achieve goals.

Qualifications:
1. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
2. Must pass company driving test.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain first aid certification.
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain pesticide applicator certification.
5. Must have a bachelor’s degree in arboriculture, pest management or related field or an associate’s degree and a minimum 3 years’ experience or a high school diploma and a minimum 5 years of experience.
6. Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
7. Must be able to perform moderately strenuous tasks while wearing a respiration.
8. Must be able to mix, load and apply pesticides and fertilizers.
9. Responsible for identifying and treating landscape pests and diseases.
10. Must have some tree experience.



The Ipm position is aimed towards working full time as an IPM technician/Ipm sales person.
