I don't have a pdf template but this may do for the spike.

I have one that I believe says p42 in the tag. I think the original rewind cover is missing as the one on now is plastic. But I do no it is very loud and cuts very well. It runs awesome. I use it quite a lot on the bigger stuff. Wish it were here I'd take a pic. Would like to know a lil more about it.
