I am looking at getting some for the 372. They look like they would be smoother to operate than the stock ones but are they worth the price?

Well i got the handlebars day befor yesterday and was verry happy till i tried to install them. I need longer screws and washers to get the job done right...
Where can i some longer screws for these handlebars. The bottom screws need to be long enough to go through the tube and then about another 1/8 inch of air on one side so like twice as long.
