solo 637 hunts at idle

solo 637 hunts at idle but only after i refuel it after i run thru a tank of fuel . Runs fine on the tank of fuel it has until i refuel
Any thought would be appreciated.

Ok I think its a bad tabk vent because if I loosen the gas cap while its hunting the hunt goes away.
