Cement doesn't dry it cures. Pour a bag of cement into the edge of a pond and it will "dry" underwater. How do you think they make boat ramps?

You are correct. I was just using it as an example in a wheel barrow.

Anyone who has ever mixed cement in a wheel barrow has added too much water once in their lives. I wasn't being technical, just looking for an example that showed reverse saturation. Probably apples to oranges because it IS A MIX and DOES cure and IS a solid with a liquid while also using Energy (the mixing). So thank you, I used a poor example...
