Spinning my own loops

I've had bad luck with cheap spinners. thread support rod had too much slop. as you cranked rivet tighter to spin. slop in threads caused rivet to wiggle all over. results in cracked rivet heads.

go with quality spinner tools like stihl or GB. yes there is a difference.

That's what I meant by "cheap" lololol You mean there's something cheaper?

don't about anyone else's GB spinners. mine was from new old stock and is of highest quality. it'd been on the shelve so long... box was faded.

yup... my first bench spinner, which I sent back was a POS!
it looked like a generic Italian made spinner. it cracked all my rivets, no matter what I did.

tail stock was sooo loose it was impossible to get a proper spin rivet.
GB spinner is rock solid with no play in tail stock. much heavier construction too.

That's what I meant by "cheap" lololol You mean there's something cheaper?
