Looks like a good unit! Great idea using dual wheel barrow tires, I'm always looking for inexpensive tire/wheel combos that can handle some weight and the wheel barrow one weren't quite it, never thought of dualling them. I used rear lawn tractor tires with keyed rims on my splitter, just for around the yard etc. I put grease zerks in them and it works ok, but for a trailer its nice to have the bearings/bushings. The trouble with spindles/hubs and tires like the ones from gemplers or northern tool is they want real money for them!

I went with 22 11 8 atv tires in a tandem axel configuration. The soft tires along with the axel equalizers really help the load get up and over bumps and prevent sinking in mud. Deck is 5 by 8 ft and trailer is hwy legal to haul boat or atv to hunting or fishing spots.
Would be too heavy for exteme off road but the atv handles it fine on improved trails with moderate slopes.

Very nice!

The only thing i would suggest is to add some form of suspension.
I don't agree with the suspension idea. Had one before with leaf springs. Added a ton of roll when pulled on a sidehill.
