Stihl 031 muffler and idle issue

Hey guys just picked up another saw for the collection. A little 031. Managed to get the old thing running cleaned the carby new fuel and impulse line but I can’t get it idling right. Runs nice, quick reaction on the throttle high and low jets all adjusted, but it keeps dying without having a heap of idle screw screwed in.

Also it came with some weird tiny muffler
Has anyone seen this muffler before. I assume it’s not made for this 031

That's definitely not a 031 muffler either that or mine has the wrong one

Definitely not a 031 muffler. They’re much bigger than that.
