Sold Stihl 041av (not running) $50

Seems to be complete except for starter screws, and may have the wrong starter ring. Compression feels good from turning flywheel by hand. Two of the threads for the starters screws are stripped (one just partially). I got this from a friend and tinkered with it a bit, but I can't get the starter to engage. How about $70 OBO plus shipping? PHO
