If your careful, and cut with one hand on that bad-boy, with your other hand, you could push the chain forward on the top of the bar to help cut a little faster!

Or lock the chain brake as use it as a hand saw if you really want to go to town!

MS 270 is a very well balanced, with exellent AV, smooth saw, easy to turn around rear handle...
