I have a new 441C that I purchased the other day. End of the year and the dealer dropped $150 off the price. So I was not unhappy with that. Obviously it is an M-Tronic saw. Pretty easy to tell by the number of wires and the lack of external carb adjustment. Funny thing is, my dealer tried to tell me that it was not an M-Tronic and only a C model. If I am not mistaken, aren't all 441c's M-tronic saws? Also, I do not believe that still makes any 441 any more without being M-tronic. I do not know when this changed but was just curious after speaking to the dealership experts, lol.

Thanks,

Adam

441's were made from 2007 thru 2012. 441C-M started production in 2011.

Stihl confused everyone when they started adding the "C" to certain model numbers but in your case, "C" means "C-M", as in m-tronic.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that was the case.
