Keith, send it to me if you want. I will run it through the USC for a couple of hours. No charge...just pay the postage.

Neal, Thank you for the offer. I have a HF 2.5 on the way. I figure that I will find plenty of uses for it. Any suggestions on the fluid/method? I read here that a glass jar with some sort of cleaner may be a good method?

Looking for a good carb for a stihl 064.

I have the walboro WJ6? but cannot get the low to work and the lever has to be way high for it to even run. I do not have an ultrasonic bath yet to try and clean it out. I have already pulled and re installed the Welch plug so don't think that was the issue it must be deeper. I have one I borrowed off my other saw and it runs fine. Old carb has same issues on second saw.

I have some stuff and funds to trade. If there is not a known good one to trade has anyone had success with the china made ones that fit the 066/660?

If that does not work, replace the main nozzle. They are not terribly expensive, and it'll very likely fix your issue. I had a 660 carb do that a while back. Owner flipped for a new carb (his decision, not mine) instead of replacing the nozzle. The "junk" carb is now in box-o-660 #2 waiting for me to quit fiddling with things like newborns and work, and get 'er going.

Looking for 24" 28" or 32" husky large mount bars. Any usable condition, needs work is ok. Also felling dogs and clutch band for a 394xp. PM me a price with details.

I have 2, 81 drive link Windsor 3/8 50ga full chisel chains. 1 looks as it hit a nail and damaged a few or more teeth. Looks as it was pretty new when it happened so there should be plenty left after a good sharpening and evening of the cutters. The #2 chain is about 65% probably needs touched up and soaked in lube as it rusted a few places. Free , if someone is willing to pay shipping.

Looking for somebody with a 028 parts saw...

Bought one on the bay and it was a basketcase with some potential.

I am in need of:

carb, Air filter cover, oiler gear, recoil parts, clutch side parts, clutch, gas and oil caps, and a good tank/handle,

(if some one is willing to part with one.. I have one, but its cracked.. Im going to attempt to weld it back together.)

parts need not be pretty. It will be a work/firewood saw.

Just kidding. I pieced the existing tank together with some heat, spark screen, and epoxy.

Like a redneck hack of a weld.

Feels sturdy enough :)

Thanks for the tip

Poulan Pro 655BP.

Looking for a legible manufacturer's/builder tag for the bottom of my Poulan Whatzit.

This thing is bereft of any identification except for the manual oil pump or peering in the exhaust port.

We have used clutch cover nuts, etc..................................................................

Anybody using the word 'bereft' (correctly too!) deserves a rep shot! I'm outta bullets tho .. :(

Carl, Joe Salva from Sugar Creek Supply has some adornments for your saw over on the House of Homelite site ...

Yup. :msp_thumbup:

But, seeing as how the saw lost his decals, I'm looking to rivet or screw on a metal tag.

Sugar creek is about 60 mi. south of River City. Need to arrange a road trip.

Carl, Blondie will be wore out from that road trip. It's a lot farther then you think. Maybe you can stop by here for a visit and some rest on your way out to the correct Sugar Creek .:ices_rofl:

Must be another Sugar Creek besides the one near Kansas City?

Joe's address is Sugar Creek, Mo. 64054. (Unless he moved)

I can drop Blondie off at the Ameristar Casino to play the penny slots and then continue on. :msp_wink:

I always tell her that chainsaws are a lot cheaper entertainment.

Is that the direct descendant of the Pioneer Farmsaw? It looks very similar to it, from what I see.
