I don't know where the 390 was tuned to, but it wouldn't have been as high as the hybrid. It was probably mid to high 14s.

Brad, I guess as long as you re use / sell the P&C, it does not matter, just seems that the real best candidate is a saw with a fried top end.

After running a hybrid at GTG, I think they are closer to a ported 046/460 than to a ported 044/440.

I was running regular round filed Stihl RS.I ported a 460 with the identical numbers my hybrid has. Squish is at .018" both blowin 205 psi. A 20" bar you cant tell the difference. Bury a 28" and the 460 has the advantage
