Got a big saw today! It jumped in my trunk. Best I can tell with the help of some of the old saw experts at another site is that it's a Mongomery Wards WD80, built by Mono.

133cc, it had not been run in about 15 years but I got it started. Needs some carb work but I think I'll fix it up for my new official loaner saw! :)

Oh and talk about loud!!!!!

Nice find, I have a few of them
with the AH81 motor.
They actually cut pretty well for
an old saw. Lots of torque.

Good luck with it.

Mark,
Sweet find! I thought my Clinton D35 was loud but, I guess with about another 40cc's, this one should take the cake.:dizzy:

My dream someday is to have a room full of old saws like that one. I'm going to put my old Wheel horses in there too. Going to be my own man cave.

Nice saw btw Mark. I love to hear it run.

Neat! I have a Ward's that looks like that, not sure exactly what it is. Jumped into my trunk, same as yours so it must be pretty similar.
