Good question, I would imagine that it would have been in the 70s or 80s by when most of the other saw companies either went out of business, or stopped producing pro quality saws.

1980s here, I didn't see many Huskys until the '90s.

Always enjoy watching Hap top a tree, stayed with it til he was well up in years. Loved the Red Rose cup O tea he did back in the 60`s.
