It was tuned for a nitro 346, but works just as well on a modified 346 gas. What is an oe ne?

I just now put a new coat of manifold black on it as we speak andits on the woodstove ,so wait till it dries and I will take some pics.

Pretty sure its an oe because it was built around 03.
I ran it on the Dozer Dan, Ken Dunn and EHP 346's.

In some ways, I want to say the DD, because it saw the most use. KD made a fast one for me too and I built one that wasnt too far behind them. The EHP was clearly faster, but it ran on nitro.
The DD 346 just smartened up 150 10", 80' white poplar, felled, blocked and limbed in exactly 14 hrs.
