Website Live help feature need advice

i found two possibilities but not sure which one to go with

LiveZilla is one option

and Comm100 is another

but not sure which one will suit my needs as to 100 % customer service

can you all help me decide

decided to put this on the back burner for a few weeks till the cart i have makes there own live chat feature to go with the other site this open source stuff is not very very secure

and security is what i look at

Yeah, have to be careful with OSS...

I took a peek and it appears that Comm100 is a Microsoft Gold Partner. I didn't see any indication that Livezilla had the same endorsement.
