What brand do you run most?

Stihl, just because I have more of them. Love em' all the same... My 261 has been getting the most use lately.

I own Stihl Husky Echo Efco Shindaiwa Redmax Solo, I run the Echo saws cuz of handling ,power band and wieght. Steve

Stihl mostly, just because they are the pre-dominant brand in this area and have been for years, hell they all have good and bad models, I'll be happy to run any brand, as long as it's dependable, wood is color blind.

I'm a member of the Roper/Craftsman club too! Lots of people don't give the 3.7/18" the respect it deserves. Like the fact the clutch cover is a nearly perfect design for noodling. (am I right?)

I checked Poulan because I usually run my Poulan Pro 455 or 655 when I cut wood or my pioneers that evolved into poulan pros.

Husqvarna for me. My dad is a Stihl fan though, so i have used them. I'll keep my Huskys. REJ2

I love cutting with my old Homelites, but when it is time to get wood on the trailer I grab a Stihl or 2 or 3, or 4, well if I get the 042 running 5.

Tho I love other brands as well or better, I spend most of my time behind a Stihl, because that's what I have at work. Paycheck trumps preference every time.

Echo is not a major brand, and fits well into "others"...

I do hear good stuff about those big, old Echos, like the CS something IIRC.

I had to go "other" as Echo is my brand of choice. The old CS 750 VL is heavy, slow, and has NEVER let me down, always my go to saw. It camps out with the CS 450 EVL, CS 3450, CS 440, etc.

If you drop all others beside Stihl and Husky, about 62% went with Stihl.

Sadly with my 362 dead all fall and me never personally running the 50 yet, I did all my sisters and my wood cutting with my two stihls and my pops MS460. Any of you guys want to see how far saws have come in 30 years? Run a 08S and then a MS460 back to back WOW

I am not really brand loyal. I mostly run Husqvarnas. Mostly due to my 346. It is my number one used saw. But I own Stihl and Husqvarna saws. Both brands have likes and dislikes.
