They just sent me a denied claim because the don't have the repair estimate any more...... Now I have to file an appeal and resubmit the repair estimate..... Yea USPS is really getting on my nerves at this point.

This should not be your problem. Until the item reaches the buyer, it's the responsibility of the seller. Buyer has no control till it's in his hands.
